Yes, it does come with these attachments. I love this hair dryer; the only thing to keep in mind is that the cord is really long since this is really a professional dryer. I still love it but thought you might want to know this.

The cord is very long, at least twice a regular dryer.

Where can we find the report indicating low emf / no radiation? Has anyone tested this product with an emf reader?

I have no idea, but I can imagine there's any radiation issues. I will say this dryer was recommended by my hair stylist of over 16 yrs, and this brand is the best he's ever used. He's been doing hair for over 30 yr
