I can only say what my weight is as I am the one using it. average 170 lbs. I am sure you can find the answer if you look them up on the website. this is a very good/safe product so I am sure the capacity is pretty high.

Can the skirt be covered?

I am not sure what you mean? I don’t think it would be safe to cover the bungee cords.

How does it come packaged? Is it foldable?

Is not foldable. The trampoline came in pieces and had to put together.

JumpSport Home Fitness Trampoline is a mini-trampoline with no-tip arched legs and a built-in handlebar. The bouncy cords need to be attached to the frame and the assembly takes about 30-40 minutes, though some have reported it was difficult. Though the legs do not fold and need to be assembled, the product is well-engineered and sturdy. It is virtually silent to use and provides good exercise as it does not put unnecessary pressure on joints. The stabilizer bar needs to be ordered separately but is easy to install and worth the extra investment. The trampoline is not suitable for people of different heights and will need an adjustment added to the handlebar. The bouncy cords that are not securely fixed on may hit and hurt the user. The fibers in some parts of the trampoline are coming apart and could hurt the user when they step on them. This rebounder is more expensive than alternatives and is not a JumpSport trampoline as suggested.
