The bottle says 1/4 tsp to 3 tsp depending on the type of plants. I average using 2 tsp per gallon and have been very happy with the results.

All plants are different, some of the same type plants may need every time mixed aggressive and others may need light every other time. Start basic medium mix and work it out for your type and breed of plant.

Can you use for garden?

I have been using these fertilizers for many years in an indoor hydroponic capacity and have never been disappointed. Last year I started a small vegetable garden. I purchased a 5-gallon plastic water jug, and a "doo-hickey" that draws up the fert and blends it into the stream of fresh water through a garden hose. Not sure what kind of dilution is happening, but the results are stunning!! I fed them twice a week (depending on the weather).

Can this be used in an aerogarden in place of the expensive liquid plant food that comes with the system?

Yes, but you would need to pH balance it with at least a pH test kit, you would have to be careful to follow dosage instructions as well, it is a 3 part formula.

Can you use General Hydroponics FloraGro for your Aerogarden herbs?

Yes, I use them with my Aerogardens growing peppers and love them!

Is this for hydroponics only or is it good for soil?

This product is a multi-medium product. That means you are able to use it in a wide array of soil applications, Coco coir, or hydroponics substrates.

Is this product organic?

I have an Easy Green sprout grower (water reservoir waters sprouts on a timer) - is this the best fertilizer to use for it? (Broccoli sprouts, etc.)

This is a great product. You will also need the other 2 base nutrients to go with this one. The Flora Series consist of the FloraMicro, Foragro, and FloraBloom. You will need all three products to have a complete nutrient lineup.

General Hydroponics FloraGro is a multi-medium fertilizer that works well in hydroponics substrates, soil and coco coir. It can be used for almost all plants, and users find it very effective. Although it's not organic, customers are satisfied with the results they achieve. The product is not difficult to use, but users expressed their unhappiness about the complex instruction on the feeding chart. The price is expensive, but it's worth it, and it arrived sealed, with no damage. The FloraGro product works well in conjunction with the other two base nutrients that General Hydroponics offers for full nutrient lineup.Overall this is an effective product for use in hydroponics or soil, but it may be a bit challenging for those who want simpler instructions. Nonetheless, it is worth the price and comes highly recommended by many experienced growers who believe in the brand.
