Brush Grubber BG-19 Heavy Duty Clump Grubber

The Brush Grubber BG-19 Heavy Duty Clump Grubber is a well-made tool intended to wrap around the base of a tree, bush or small cluster and then pulled to remove it from the ground. It weighs 17 lbs and is made in China. The heavy-duty grubber is rated for a 6000 lb pull and works on saplings in bushes. On larger plants or strong rooted plants, the chain snaps or breaks. The product is tricky to use on cattails and privet hedges. It is suggested to cut the shrubbery back far enough and use a tree saver to wrap around the plant before looping it twice around something else to tighten it. In general, it locks down on what you're pulling out and is perfect for its use.
