This Pistachio Spread, made by Marco Colzani in Lombardia, Italy is a decadent and delicious spread that is perfect for nut lovers. The spread contains 50% hazelnuts grown by the company Terra delle Nocciole, located in Piemonte's Alta Langa. The hazelnuts are combined with cane sugar and cacao to create a spread that is both aromatic and mineral. Despite containing 48g of sugar per 100ml, the sweetness of the spread is perfectly balanced by the unique minerality and bitterness of the cocoa. The product is vegan, containing no dairy or palm oil. It doesn't require refrigeration once opened, and has a shelf life of at least two months.
