Does it include the power source & everything needed to plug and go?

When we ordered these phones they came complete with power source etc. however we bought the extended stand to hold the phone up at a higher angle better for viewing, these phones are great, we have had no issues. The issues were always with the IP provider and configuration of the routers and modems.
