The Square D HLO1CP Circuit Breaker Handle Lock Off Kit is designed to prevent unintended switching of circuit breakers. While it doesn't allow for a padlock, the kit screws together to serve its purpose. It can be used on 1P Homeline breakers and can lock three single pole, double pole or a combination of both. However, it does not have a padlock attachment for HOM tandem breakers. Overall, it is a useful kit to have if you need to lock off a small number of breakers.
