After comparing all facts, this is the same cable with 2.0 cable. Only changed things are the description. 32AWG wire is too thin for 48Gbps. Additional mechanical improvements should have been added to archive 48Gbps but this cable doesn't look like having them.

Why won’t it work with my projector and PC ?

We just hooked up the 75ft with signal booster from our church PC to a monitor and 2 projectors (with HDMI splitter) and have no issues. Just have to make sure that you have the HDMI running in correct direction. Signal booster on 75ft needs to be furthest away from your output source (going into splitter or projector). Hope this helps.
