No, the ratios represent the amount of Nitrogen-potassium-phosphorous present in the fertilizer. No other micro nutrients are added. Read the label to determine how much to use and how often.

If I use 1/2tsp per gallon of water, do I use it to water once a week?

That's how I've been using MSU Orchid Fertilizer for years. I was given the old trope, 'feed them weakly weekly' and find it's good advice. Half label strength once per week.
