Yes, 60/90 will make it very frosty. If you want a finer ‘frost’, try the 220.

Whenever you have grit bags with XX/XX size, it is considered to be 'ungraded'. Ungraded grit bags have a range of particles...in your case, particles ranging from 60 grit (about 250 microns) to 90 grit (about 166 microns). Graded grit sizes cost a lot more because if the bag shows 60 grit...that's all that’s in it...the process is more expensive to get an exact grit size.
