The Osborn 30148SP Crimped Wire Pilot Bonding End Brush is a great tool for prepping metal before attaching bonding wires. It effectively removes paint on metal, making it easier to get a ground resistance reading down by 0.1 OHM. The piloted wire wheel is excellent for cleaning the area immediately around a hole. It is easy to use, but customers should pay attention to the dimensions as it is smaller than expected. Additionally, the pilot is soft and is almost gone after brushing less than 100 holes in steel sheet metal. Despite this, the brush itself seems to be holding up well. Overall, this is a professional quality tool that works well for its intended purpose and is Considered a must-have for cleaning ground points on a vehicle.
