Glaze 'N Seal Olé Mexican Tile Sealer is a reliable product used to seal porous unglazed clay tile. With 3-4 coats, it is food-safe to use on a kitchen counter. It can last up to 5 years or more when properly stored, and old sealer may not need to be stripped. It is recommended to check with the manufacturer of the tile for the same type of sealant, water-based or solvent-based, and to apply at least 2-3 thin coats on Saltillo tiles to ensure good stain, oil, and water repelency. The sealer will penetrate the surface so that the surface won't be slippery. This sealer is easy to apply and dries fast with a beautiful, durable, high-gloss shine, and easy to maintain. One gallon can spray around 300 sq ft three times.
