The Metabo HPT Roofing Nailer is a tool that is efficient and well priced, designed for use with .120 nails. It is lightweight, with a depth of drive feature that is tool-free, and the operating pressure is between 70 and 120 PSI. Despite being marketed as a roofing nailer that can shoot 1-3/4" nails, some customers have reported that it did not work for nails of that size. The gun has been reported to drive nails straight but occasionally has trouble with driving them all the way in, resulting in having to hand drive some nails. It is easy to use and value for money, and several customers recommend it as a replacement for Ridgid nailers that jam or fail to feed nails.
