Hi, I ordered a sample-large - the picture shows a little bit of gold tiles, my sample did not have any gold piece-does it not come with any gold?

This tile (TSTNB01) does not have gold pieces. It has iridescent finish and diamond chips which may reflect other colors, so it may show different colors in different environment.

Do I have to use a special grout when installing this tile? Will the normal grout scratch the mirror tiles?

Normal sanded grout will scratch them. Please use a non-sanded grout made for glass tiles with tiny round glass beads.

Is there a link to where I can buy a smaller package? I need 23 square feet, so I’d buy two of these and a smaller pack if available

You can buy single tiles and boxes of 10. I needed 30 square feet so I bought 3 boxes of 10.

What do you use to cut the tiles?

Please use a wet saw to cut the tiles.

I love that these metal tiles have a protective plastic on them. But at what point should you remove them? Before grouting or after?

It is more difficult to grout with the protective plastic in place. Please remove the plastic before grouting, but make sure to use a non-sanded grout to prevent scratching of the metal tiles and iridescent coating on the glass tiles.
