How do I know what size?

I don't remember if I specified the size of choice. Nonetheless, I received a Large-size which fitted a 12-yr old boy nicely. There was no problem getting his head inside. The fabric stretches enough that our wearer could slide in even covering his head like in the ad. My only complaint were the fasteners. Much preferred velcro.

What’s the return policy?

If you got a lemon, just write in and explain. I'm quite sure they will handle the issue. I don't recall if there was a return policy written anywhere.
