Are there instructions available for replacing the battery?

No, there are no instructions available for installation. However, to replace the battery in a Samson PA speaker, unscrew the back and slide the battery out. Slide wires off terminals. Take new battery and slide the terminals on, just make sure you have positive on positive and negative on negative. Slide battery back in and screw back on the back.
