Where are these made?

Pretty sure they're made in China. Almost ALL products of this type are manufactured in China, it's a safe guess. Regardless of origin, they're quite well-made, and work great. Hope that helps!

The applicator ends are made with silicone- silicone cannot contain BPA, as it is chemically incompatible! The sticks probably don't have any, either, as BPA is generally used to make plastics flexible- and the sticks don't require flexibility.
