Will using CandAssist reduce the urge to snack?

I wouldn't say resist the urge but I didn't crave the starchy snacks (pretzels, potato chips ect) that I did before using Candassist. If I feel the urge to snack my go to now are veggies.

How quickly will I see the results from them?

I noticed results in just a few days,,, it works really good.

The label on Candida Cleanse says 30% (120mg) of oregano leaf extract. I don't know about Candida Assist.

Gellan gum is part of ingredient. And we know Gellan gum is sugar, and sugar feeds candida. So why was it added?

We use vegan, delayed-release capsules for CandAssist, to ensure that the ingredients get through to your gut. These capsules contain a tiny amount of gellan gum to help them survive the passage through your stomach acid. Gellan gum is a natural polysaccharide and a complex carbohydrate. The amount of gellan gum in each capsule is extremely small so it will have very little effect on blood sugar. I hope that helps!
