This is meant for long term storage. Running your AC and heat is absolutely not advisable due to fire and carbon monoxide. You will tear the cover if you put your slides out.

We just received our cover. When we put it on there are two tears on the driver side window. Return or is there a repair kit?

Return it. These get such a beating in windy conditions.

Can it be used for Class A of similar size?

I would think so. The end profile of my class C is similar.

Can you use the slides while cover is on?

You would risk tearing the cover if you use slides while cover is on.

The SavvyCraft Upgraded Class C RV Cover is a breathable and waterproof cover meant for long-term storage. It protects against rain, snow, UV rays, dirt, nicks and scratches. However, it is not advisable to run AC or heat when it's on due to fire and carbon monoxide risks. It can only be fixed using a repair kit or returning it altogether. Feedback from customers, however, is mixed. The cover has been known to tear easily in windy conditions and there are several cases of poor quality fabric, stitching, and plastic buckles. The plastic tie-down rings are weak, and some customers have had to add rope or even make custom tie-down straps to ensure it stays put. There are a few positive reviews stating that the cover is strong and waterproof and is also easy to use. It also has the added benefit of having a zip that opens the front door of the RV. Overall, while there are some benefits to the cover, there appear to be several challenges related to its build quality which raises questions about its durability.
