The PEAKMETER MS6252A is a digital anemometer that measures wind speed and airflow volume. It has an easy-to-read display with backlight and can be used for a variety of applications, including testing dryer vent air speed, measuring true and apparent wind speed, and calculating CFM. However, the area for CFM measurement must be entered each time it is used, as it is not retained in memory. The device measures low volume and low flow air, but may not work in front of a typical louvered cover. Additionally, the auto-off function shuts off the device after about 30 seconds and cannot be disabled.
