CLIF BARS - Energy Bars - White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavor are a plant-based, vegetarian and kosher snack that provides 250 calories, 45 of which are from fat. The bars have an 11-12 month shelf life from the time of production and the expiration date is printed on the back of each wrapper. These bars contain oats that are not gluten-free, and they contain barley malt extract. The packaging is unclear regarding the number of bars – one says 12, the other 18.
