If you like to add to a blender, many people like to flavor with other fruits, veggies, peanut butter powder, etc. It is vanilla flavored so it is a wonderful base for however you like to mix. We recommend using 12-16oz of liquid.

What are the success rates? Do results vary? What if I do not workout but use as a meal substitute?

Great protein. You will lose weight without working out.

I believe they ASKED does it come with a CUP and you dodged that by saying Yes. What you are talking about is a scoop not a CUP Shaker cup brings protein costs $75 it should come with a complimentary shaker bottle cup. I agree. However, it shows a shaker as another add on sale suggestion so looks like will need to purchase the shaker separately.

Will I have a six-pack if I drink this?

Not unless you do everything else which is required to get a six pack. Drinking protein shakes alone does not equate to a six pack. It is a delicious nutritious protein supplement that I use to supplement to ensure I receive adequate protein in my diet.
