This is a well built stand and is very sturdy so I don't see why not. I probably would not put it on the middle shelf but the top and bottom shelves should not be a problem.

It is particle wood with facing. I do not know how much a v twin engine weighs. It can hold up to 120 Kg.

Could you paint this?

The finish is shiny, so you’d have to sand it first, if that would even work.

Yes, as long as you tighten all screws during assembly. It is built pretty well.

I have not. I used it for a standard 20 gal tank. The dimensions of the shrimp tank seem different.
