Pen comes with it but not the pro

Does it fit the zfold 4?

No it does not. I now have the Fold 4, traded the Fold 3 for it.

Can you use a qi car charger w this case? Seems as the S pen holder is in the mid spine and the extra length of case cover hanging prevent flat lay

This case will definitely have a 1/4 inch bump where the s pen is loacated when opened. So if the charger requires it tosit flat it wont work unless it canallow for the space behind it.

Does it protect it if dropped from an average height or is an otterbox available?

I would not do anything to find that out. Otterbox and LifeProof are in a totally different league. This is a slimline case that offers protection.
