Yes, at least in 2015 it did. Unfortunately this fantastic light weight saw horse comes with assembly instructions which need careful consideration and comparing with the picture on the package box. Takes about an hour. After two years of use I would prefer the bigger 6-leg model for heavier applications especially with longer logs.

What is the largest diameter log this will accommodate?

Probably about 4 inches in diameter.
