Yes and it works great. In my application, the flex pipe was commented to PVC schedule 40 and I needed to meander from 45 degrees to straight. It worked better than expected. The quality of the flex pipe is 5 star.

Is 1" the inside diameter? What is the outside diameter?

Just bought this in 1" and 2", so we measured them both for you....Inside diameter on the 1" is 1" and inside diameter on the 2" is 2". In a nutshell, this is the INSIDE diameter.
