This combination lock is easy to set up and comes with instructions. It is also strong and ideal for outside use. The shackle is made of steel, which is anti-rust and anti-saw. It is not possible to change the combination when the lock is closed or to set a second code for service people. Each combination lock must have its own unique code, but they can be changed. Customers have praised the lock for being easy to use, sturdy, and compact. Some have reported that it has held up well in sub-zero weather, as well as being dropped and unlocked many times. A customer service replacement has been reported as being provided immediately. However, others have experienced issues with unlocking or resetting the combination.
