Is strawberry banana completely dairy-free?

I believe it is dairy-free, but I mix it with whole milk (not store milk, but right from the cow with cream and all), so I have never been concerned about dairy.

Does this help you lose weight?

It's not a weight loss drink. However, it was filling enough for me to use as breakfast when I did Weight Watchers and was only 3 points on the blue plan. The protein helps keep you full and it's not high in sugar. It does have some sugar/carbs. Probably not as good for Atkins diets.
