Yes, on the last window describing the product there is a chart depicting all the sizes and the corresponding gender/child size they would be compatible with. I could not insert a photo I took of it here unfortunately. Really a great fin. Might need socks or a swim shoe to aid in comfort for long swimming

Cannot get the “quick release buckle” to unbuckle

It has to do with the appropriate pressure at the release point. Practice so when you really need it you are comfortable getting them off
