The product does not come with a booklet of instructions for use but an adult in the medical field should be able to use it without issue. The product is sturdy, durable and works great. Some customers did note that the gauge needle pulsates and that it works like any original style sphygmomanometer. The dual head of the stethoscope does not have to go underneath the cuff to take a blood pressure reading. However, some of the negative reviews mention difficulty attaching the tubes to the cuff and the quality of the stethoscope.
