Let the soil dry to a depth of one to two inches before watering.

Place these pots near a sunny window. A grow light, depending on the strength and intensity of the bulb, may provide some of the light needed for growth. However, only full-spectrum sunlight (or supplemental grow lights) will help your plants grow to their very best potential. Most herbs need around 12 to 16 hours of light per day.
