It really means HEAVILY soaked rags thrown away together MAY combust. Let your waste dry for a few days safely then toss in garbage. That’s what I did no random fires ever started. If all else search linseed oil fires on YouTube there’s demonstrations of how they can occur and how to stay safe! Hopes this helps people!
