4" long the length thru the bumper. 1.25" OD, shank; 1" OD bearing seats. Rated for 1000 pounds. The design of the tire carrier will affect your effective size/weight rating. Proper design can hold a 40" tire on a steel beadlock.

That all depends on you design, hinge location and weight.

Can I buy just the bearings, seals and dust cover? I just need to replace those parts on it.

The only thing special about this product is the sleeve, all the other parts are just off the shelf trailer parts. For the spindle, bearings, races, seal and cover. the spindles are pressed into the trailer axles and not sold separately to my knowledge. but everything else, just take it to your local trailer supply and they can match or cross reference the part numbers. it looks like 1500lbs axle parts.

Can I add this to my smittybuilt xrc rear bumper?

This would not be a bolt on item to your bumper. Depending on skill level this should be able to be added to most bumpers. I can not guarantee that it will work.
