The glow in the dark vinyl is not recommended for use on car windows or for outdoor applications due to UV fading. It is a permanent adhesive vinyl that stores daylight during the day and naturally glows at night. The colours of the vinyl are nice, but the glow is limited and tends to lean towards green. The vinyl is thick and hard to cut, but easy to apply to cups. The glow lasts for a short amount of time and requires Constant recharging under light. Customers have reported disappointment in the lack of glow, poor sticking ability and inability to use it for the intended purpose.
