Answer : Everything comes from the United States. It shows on the label that it’s manufactured in Colorado.

Answer : This product is made in the USA.
Question : Another brand claims it’s for infants but has the phytonadione instead of phylloquinone. Which is better or correct and why?
Answer : The phylloquinone is natural and the phytonadione is synthetic. Doctors use synthetic in the shot because it's cheaper. Studies found that both work but the synthetic is harder to absorb unless injected.
Question : What is the plant source from which this is derived?
Answer : The Vitamin is derived from green leafy vegetables, such as kale, spinach, turnip greens, collards, Swiss chard, mustard greens, parsley, romaine, and green leaf lettuce.
Question : Do you know why safflower oil is an ingredient? Because safflower prevents clotting, doesn't make much sense.
Answer : Safflower oil does not prevent clotting. If you take a lot it can thin your blood but that has nothing to do with blood clotting. We use the oil as a carrier because Vitamin K needs fat to absorb.
Question : What is the shelf life once it is opened?
Answer : Per the manufacturer the shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. All inventory we receive from them is made within days of placing our orders with them. We try to maintain no more than 6 weeks supply to ensure fresh product at all times.
