It does not. SSC Controls C925-0725 TIG Welding Foot Pedal. That is the model I bought. Most often you can find stuff like this in the frequently bought together section of the product listing page.

Is this the same one that youtuber chucky2009 did a review on a few days ago? It don't look like it. His had pulse function.

I received the 2016 version which does have pulse and updated control scheme like the ChuckyE2009 video. However I am missing the foot pedal.

The Everlast PowerTIG 185 DV AC/DC TIG AWS TIG Welder features an air-cooled torch, gas regulator, ground clamp, tungsten, and tip. It functions well on 110 and also has AC/DC and stick capabilities. However, it is missing a foot pedal, and the button included is of poor quality. If you decide to buy the welder, it is recommended that you purchase the SSC Controls C925-0725 TIG Welding Foot Pedal or similar for ease of use. Despite the low price point, the machine works great and does AC work well. However, a few people experienced issues with their gas hose leaking argon and circuit breaker problems. Additionally, one person had a mainboard go bad, and the company provided the necessary repair parts at no cost. Overall, the Everlast PowerTIG 185 DV AC/DC TIG AWS TIG Welder is a popular choice, but it might not be the best option for those who are just starting to learn how to TIG weld. However, it is perfect for those who are on a budget and want a reliable TIG welder with a lot of features.
