Yes it DC Tig welds. Not included to save money. You can go to Everlast web site and under options for this welder you can get torch and pedal kit. You will still need flow meter for Argon gas and bottle.

Is a 10k watt generator enough power to run this machine?

I power this power with a 7500kw generator, but I only run it at 125 amps max for stick welding. Usually I have it at 90amps for 7018 and 6010 rods, welder runs great! If you want more than 160 amps or full power on the welder then you’ll probably need a 12kw generator. Just my advice do your own research please.

What is the duty cycle of this machine?

Everlast manual states inrush amperage of 37 amps, so, a 40 amp circuit. Gage wire, copper or aluminum? Google NEC wire gage requirements.

Can this tig aluminum

No. This is not a ac/dc machine. Aluminum is welded with ac current.
