The barefoot shoes are well-made and seem to circulate better blood flow in the feet. However, they run the risk of being too small and ripping easily. These shoes hold up for tennis or other physical activities, but they cannot be used as water shoes since they take longer to dry out. They give enough cushion to protect the soles and still keep the wearer in close contact with the ground.
