It may be a tight squeeze with everything else, but yes, they should fit.

Are the utensils dishwasher safe?

Not sure if they are dishwasher safe, but they don't last very long when I used them with my camp stove. They melted quickly after two uses. I ended up replacing mine with the small silicone ones from dollar tree.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the case?

Not exact, about the same as a standard hardback book.

Can utensils be used in ceramic cookware?

Yes, for sure. They won't scratch. They are a hard rubber.

How heat resistant is the spatula, spoon, and tongs? Thanks!

I wouldn't put them directly into a campfire, but they work great with a camp stove. I love mine!
