However, it is not virus protected, and if the drive becomes infected, files on it could potentially be harmed. Reception: - Customers have found the Apricorn Aegis Padlock to be a secure and fast solution for file storage. - Many appreciate the small size of the device, making it easy to travel with. - Most customers have had no problems using it across multiple platforms including Mac and PC. - There were some comments about it running warm, and that the keypad buttons could be improved, but overall, the feedback was positive.
