Yes. The spring is tight so it's not a big wobble and won't move without adequate pressure. Don't expect the cliche bobble head movements.

It does! I have it at work and the stand was a little too wide for my desk window ledge. So I removed Rey (and Kylo Ren) from the pedestal and she stands on her own just fine!
