The San Jamar Versa-Mat Interlocking Sanitary Bar Mats are a great addition to any commercial kitchen. These mats not only reduce the amount of bacteria and liquid run-off, but they also have little bumps to help prevent items from sliding. They are also great as shelf liners. While there was some confusion regarding the dimensions and what is included in a pack of 12, the mats themselves are durable and easy to clean. However, it is not recommended to place food directly on the mats due to the crevices.
