However, some customers noted that the plastic material is weak, and the locking mechanism with Allen wrenches is not effective in deterring vandalism. Although the product does something, customers would prefer a metal case with a key. It is also mentioned that the tamper-proof kit is difficult to install, and the wires are still exposed, making the unit vulnerable to power disconnection. Despite these concerns, customers appreciate the tamper-proof case for hardwiring the camera and preventing unauthorized cable access.
