Make sure that all parts are screwed on correctly.

How do I remove the fabric to wash it?

Unfasten the buckles on the seat restraint and seat pad. Unfasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.

Where do the batteries go?

Batteries can go in two locations in our AnyWay Sway™ Dual-Direction Portable Swing – Ray™. The vibration unit located at the foot of swing requires batteries, also there is a battery compartment for the swing itself, located in the lower leg assembly.

What is the minimum weight for a baby to use this swing?

The swing is suitable for babies aged 0-6 months.
