It depends on the batch number. We have numerous manufacturing units across Asia. The batch in Nepal is manufactured by Womans co-operative society which helps women achieve financial independence in the Everest region.

Why isn't this product labeled organic by the USDA then?

This is not certified by USDA as it's sourced from Nepal which does not have a trade deal with US. For our inventory that's imported from India, we do offer USDA organic certification as US trade department has reciprocal certification agreement.
