The convenient handle makes it easier to grip and hold the mugs. The inside of the handle has an opening of 2 inches which might not be suitable for those who prefer smaller handles. The bottom of the mug is smooth but not perfectly flat, however, curving up a bit in the middle and having a lip near the outside edge. These mugs are microwavable and durable enough to hold hot beverages without any damage. They are suitable for use with a Nespresso machine but the cup holder needs to be removed. Overall, customers who purchased these mugs were happy with their sturdiness, clarity and convenient handle. However, a few customers complained about the mugs cracking or exploding when pouring hot water into it. One customer was disappointed as the mugs were smaller than the advertised 12oz capacity.
