Compared to the Dyson hair dryer, the GAMA is sleeker, lighter and faster, according to a satisfied customer. The dryer dries hair quickly, reducing time, and no frizz is noticed. A hairstylist has even commented on the GAMA being more comfortable to hold over the Dyson dryer as it allows being held in two ways, and it is much lighter, saving shoulder pain. However, a few customers have experienced issues where the dryer doesn't turn on, temperature changes, or the temperature and speed settings are unresponsive. The dryer has a short power cord, inconvenient for some users, and the attachments are said to leave much to be desired.
