I don't think that is the appropriate charger for 36 volts. AGM batteries connected (3-12 Volt batteries connected in series) need a charger for 36 volt charge. If your able to charge each battery individually, use a 12 volt charger specifically for AGM lead acid batteries. The charging requirements are different for AMG versus a wet cell lead acid battery.
