The Cuisinart Copper Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set is a set of copper coated pots and pans. The exterior is a copper coating. They heat evenly and quickly and are built to last. The copper tarnishes with use and needs to be polished with a copper cleaner regularly to keep the new shine. The cookware is not suitable for use on an induction stovetop. The set includes six pots/pans and four lids, with some lids fitting more than one pots/pans. Some customers complained of stains and discoloration on the exterior of the cookware, while others had problems with food sticking to it. Overall, the set has received mixed reviews from customers.
