- Question : Do all of your water timers use the same gateway? How many timers per gateway?Answer : Yes. G1/G2/G1S/G2S can work with either GW-01 or GW-02 Gateway. One Gateway can control up to 15 water timers.
- Question : Can I use my existing Zigbee gateway and buy just the timer?Answer : No. A proprietary protocol on top of the standard Zigbee is implemented in the LinkTap system, therefore the LinkTap devices are not compatible with any third-party Zigbee products.
- Question : What is Gateway?Answer : The Gateway is a Zigbee hub device. It bridges the communication between the cloud server and water timer. One LinkTap Gateway can control up to 15 water timers simultaneously.
